Job Title: Proposal and Tender Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Preparation: Develop and write comprehensive proposals and tenders, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to guidelines.
Tender Submission: Manage the submission process for tenders, including compiling documentation, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Government Projects: Handle the proposal and tendering process for government projects, understanding and adhering to specific regulations and procedures.
Excel and PowerPoint: Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and detailed presentations to support proposals and tenders.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights needed for proposal development.
Quality Assurance: Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to prepare effective proposals.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to enhance proposal quality.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in proposal preparation, tender submission, and working on government projects.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and compelling presentations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
